  • I grew up in Herefordshire and have spent nearly 12 months in the Argentine and so take my beef seriously!

    Wagyu was beyond all my expectations in terms of both flavor and tenderness. We tasted it cooked in 5 different ways from Carpaccio to potted via grilled and shredded with Asian spices, all were excellent and I have now placed my first order for any available cuts.

  • Thank you so much for including me in your tasting evening last Friday. It was a very pleasant evening and I enjoyed the wonderful food, the lovely wines and the good company - many thanks.

    I would like to say that the Wagyu beef that I sampled was some of the most flavoursome and tasty meat I have ever enjoyed. The Rump, Sirloin and Entrecote especially were very juicy and tender with a distinctive and memorable flavour - very enjoyable.

  • Wagyu Beef is quite simply the best tasting beef that I have ever tasted. The flavour is incomparable and the quality excellent. It was served for the first time last year at The CLA Game Fair and our customers loved it. With a new dining experience planned for at this year's CLA Game Fair I am sure that it will take centre stage on the menu.

  • Having a preference toward Lamb and Pork in recent years, convinced it had more taste, I have to say; having now tried your wagyu I was pleasantly surprised.

    I genuinely feel, with all honesty, it is simply the tastiest meat I have ever experienced and without question sets a benchmark amongst other meats.

  • There is no doubt the hottest name on the lips of Cotswold Foodies at the moment is 'Made by Bob', found in the Market Square close to the old Corn Hall, one of Cirencester’s renowned landmarks. From his success at ‘Bibendum?in London to his deli restaurant, the chef Bob Parkinson is most certainly a good judge of quality and we were fortunate enough to have him prepare our wagyu at the launch evening on the 24th February
